Emily was awesome! She is warm and easy to relate to which makes doing the exercises more palatable. I felt like my goals were accessible and her explanations were clear and easy to follow. I looked forward to my PT sessions

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Therapydia. Sabrina has really helped me understand what is causing me pain and the steps I need to take in my recovery. I have seen other PTs and never had someone so invested in my recovery. The whole group is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Therapydia is fantastic! Had the pleasure of working with Tony D'Ovidio on two separate ankle injuries. He helped me not only alleviate pain but regain strength, balance, and flexibility with dorsiflexion and plantar flexion. I'm back doing the things I love once again!
