Casey is excited to be back in Colorado after spending 8 years in Atlanta, GA. During that time, Casey spent the latter 5 years working as a physical therapist for Atlanta's professional NFL and NHL teams the Atlanta Falcons and Thrashers. This amazing opportunity helped him gain extensive experience in the rehabilitation of sports medicine injuries and complex orthopedic conditions under the guidance of the teams’ orthopedic surgeons.
Casey graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2002 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Casey enjoys using his manual therapy skills to treat all types of musculoskeletal dysfunctions and is certified in trigger point Dry Needling (TDN) through Kinetacore. He stays busy with his daughters Ella and Chloe and son Dylan, while his wife also works in medicine as a Physician Assistant.
Jessica Dietz, DPT, NCS
Physical Therapist
Jessica was born and raised in Wisconsin and completed her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at University of Wisconsin-Madison – GO BADGERS! Jessica is a Neurologic Certified Specialist (NCS). She further pursued her passion for neurologic rehab and completed a post-professional residency program at Shepherd Center, a prestigious Top 10 rated rehab facility in Atlanta. Jessica With 4-years of experience, she moved to Colorado for the love of the mountains and outdoors. Jessica brings great experience and knowledge for a variety of neurologic and concussion/vestibular rehab and is certified in dry needling. She enjoys treating all levels of function (max assist to higher level athletes) for adolescents and adults. Jessica believes physical therapy is vital for maintaining mobility, balance, and independence when first diagnosed and throughout neurologic condition. With her free time, she enjoys cooking and eating good food, hiking and trail running, and spending time with her fiancé and three dogs.
Julie Millar, DPT
Physical Therapist
Julie received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz medical campus in 2013. Julie has evolved her practice as a physical therapist through manual therapy techniques (including trigger point dry needling), clinical movement analysis, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pre and postnatal care, and the use of Pilates for recovery and fitness. Julie recently had the opportunity to practice as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor over the past two years near London, England, but she is more than thrilled to be back in beautiful Colorado. Julie enjoys working with individuals of all ages and with all types of musculoskeletal conditions. Her passion is in analyzing her clients’ movement patterns in order to diagnose the root cause of pain or an issue. Julie truly believes that a solid physical therapy experience should include accurate diagnosis, hands on treatment, proper movement education, and a continuum of care into fitness and maintenance to prevent reoccurrence. On a personal level, Julie enjoys the outdoors, playing games, baking scones, and anything to do with science fiction.
Erin Mumby, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Erin began her undergrad degree at Colorado State University and moved to Texas where she received her physical therapist assistance associate’s degree from Blinn College. Erin has experience with a wide variety of patient population, however has focused most of her continuing education specializing in treating male and female pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen which allows her to create more personalized treatment plans. She gives back to her profession by becoming a certified clinical instructor. Erin loves all the outdoors activities Colorado has to offer especially rock climbing, backpacking, skiing, and hiking.
Madison Miller
Office Manager
Maddie is a San Diego native, who moved to Denver 4 years ago. In that time, she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition from Metropolitan State University. She has 6 years of experience in the wellness industry, and has developed a sincere passion for improving the health and well-being of others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, fishing and snowboarding. She is thrilled to be welcomed to the team at Therapydia, Denver.
