Monica received her doctorate in physical therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She went on to earn a sports and orthopedics fellowship with the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. Her treatment philosophy focuses on mind-body connection, manual therapy, movement impairments, and patient education in order to treat the cause behind the cause for pain and injury. Her hobbies include: hiking, running, reading, watching sports, and enjoying live music. On the weekend you can bet she is outdoors with her beloved and handsome Blue Heeler Smokey on a new random adventure.
Ed is a Pennsylvania native who has also lived in Florida for a little over 6 years. He and his girlfriend decided to move to Denver to pursue graduate degrees and experience the Colorado landscape and the countless amount of hiking trails along with our dog, Nala. This opportunity has allowed him to grow personally and professionally while being outside of his ‘comfort zone’. Ed intends on pursuing a DPT degree and eventually opening his own business. He also desires to travel to as many countries as possible.

Harrison grew up in the small sunny town of Ojai, CA where he developed a deep passion for the outdoors, especially the ocean. After graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Business Administration he moved to San Francisco where he worked as an Operations Manager and Sales Manager for a fast growing food tech startup. It was here he developed a passion for nutrition and upon moving to Denver decided to pursue his Masters in Holistic Nutrition from the Nutritional Therapy Institute in Arvada.
