In 2014, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She truly enjoys utilizing a well-rounded, wellness approach with her patients. This means not only addressing the area of pain and injury, but also helping her patients to move better, feel better, and avoid any further or future injury. Her areas of interest include rehabilitation of the injured runner and CrossFit athlete. However, she really does love working with all patient populations.
Through her use of manual therapy, appropriate exercise progression, and really listening to your story, she will help you feel better, learn a lot about your body, and have fun along the way. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, CrossFit, and playing with her 4 dogs.
