Spencer McNairy, PT, DPT | Physical Therapist

Spencer was born and raised in the small town of Sonoma, CA, about 45 minutes north of San Francisco. He attended Oregon State University, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before attending the University of the Pacific where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Spencer believes that physical therapy care should revolve around a patient-centered approach with an emphasis on long-term improvement in general quality of life through empowering individuals to further their health and well-being. A foundation that lies in providing individualized care specific to each patient’s needs with empathy, respect, and kindness. Spencer believes in providing treatment through emphasizing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy with a combination of functional movements and various modalities to target each patient’s specific needs and create a high-quality individualized plan. Spencer also appreciates how patient-centered therapydia is while also prioritizing the health and well-being of their employees. When not in the clinic, he enjoys being outdoors hiking, playing basketball or golf, as well as hunting for waterfowl and fishing for trout or bass. Spencer is also a huge fan of baseball and enjoys going to games with friends and family throughout the summer and spending time at the beach.

Megan Wong, PT, DPT, graduated from UCSF/SFSU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2022. She utilizes a holistic approach to physical therapy to help patients achieve their goals and enjoys one-on-one personalized care for her patients. Megan was born and raised in San Francisco and enjoys practicing kung-fu, traveling, and listening to kpop. On weekends you can find her teaching kung-fu, performing lion dances and kung-fu demonstrations, and drinking boba.

What drives my work at the clinic is being able to make other peoples’ day lighter, brighter and more vibrant! Providing attentive, solution-based care has been at the heart of learning how to be a better resource to my patients. I like to employ a down-to-earth, strengths-focused approach in helping all patients upfront, and handling all aspects of clinic maintenance behind-the-scenes so they can focus on their healing and potential! In my downtime, I enjoy reading, practicing piano, seeing friends and cuddling my black cat Sunday.

Katelyn Bixler

I was born and raised in Southern California before moving to San Francisco in 2015. I graduated from Brandman University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Preclinical Psychology because I enjoy spending my time making a difference in other people’s lives. I have had prior healthcare administration experience working in addiction medicine. I was drawn to working at Therapydia based on our company mission to reduce surgeries, primary care visits, and opioid usage. My core beliefs of patient care are empathy, knowledge, and integrity. Allison Low, PT, DPT

I strive to use my expertise in physical therapy to help patients achieve their goals with various techniques, skills, and evidence-based practice. My goal is to make sure every patient feels heard, acknowledged, and motivated to get back to their best self.
