ME
I really enjoyed getting my knee right. As someone who cant sit still when injured, and usually make it worse, Therapydia gave me new exercises and movements which keep me busy and enforce my healing process/ athletic future. They were also not shy in giving me supplies needed to do exercises.

I came into Therapydia after an ankle surgery because my medical office didn't have any appointments. I was able to quickly schedule my first appointment with the help of Daniel, the office manager. All follow up appointments were easily scheduled and I liked that there was an additional location. Working with Tony has been amazing. I feel comfortable sharing how my ankle is doing and how much the exercises were helping or not. My progress has been amazing with Tony's help and following my exercise plan I am almost back to pre-surgery mobility. Thank you so much!!

The best physical therapy that I have ever had. You get one-on-one attention with your therapist during the whole session, which is really rare. Robert helped me so much that I went back for a couple other issues that were bothing me. He was really patient when helping me get my exercises right and also took the time to answer my many questions. I recommend this PT office to all of my friends, it's the best!

I like the personal attention that Robert works with me. Unlike the other PT places that you get passed off to an aid that is supposed to watch you use the mechanics. At Therapydia you are given custom exercises for your problems. I also like PTanywhere, able to refer to your exercises and the texting to check up if you've done your exercises.

I had been to a different PT prior to this and left for lack of improvement, that I needed a different approach. Dr. Susan Lewis recommended therapydia as one of her top choices. My experience here has been completely different. Not only were there various exercises explained, but I was able to ask questions about what I should be feeling (or not). I am making progress but was taken off track by a broken toe. I am very pleased with my care from the first day and am grateful for all I am learning about movement/pain and healing!
