Jacquelyn Bass, PT, DPT, CSCS | Physical Therapist

Jacquelyn received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2023. She was one of four classmates to graduate with distinction for academic excellence and presenting at a conference of her peers. In addition to earning her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentials in 2021, Jacquelyn is pursuing additional education in pelvic floor physical therapy. Jacquelyn believes in empowering her patients to continue successes found in the clinic, emphasizing patient education, manual therapy, and strategic exercise progression to create a well-rounded plan of care. Jacquelyn enjoys treating a full spectrum of patients, ranging from older adults, fellow athletes, and everyone in between! Jacquelyn recently moved to Portland from Sacramento, and spends her free time reading, running, climbing, exploring the PNW outdoors, and spending time with her fiance, Michael and their puppy, Tucker.

Tyler recently moved to Portland from Hawaii where he has worked for Therapydia the past 8 years. He is originally from northern Ohio and went to Ohio State for his undergraduate in Athletic Training. He worked briefly for the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL, before deciding to pursue Physical Therapy at Duke University. After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, he spent a year in an Orthopedic Residency to become Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Tyler has been a physical therapist for 9 years and has been a clinic director for over 5 years. Fun fact about Tyler is that he recently got engaged and has two dogs named Rufio and Baxter. He’s excited about the transition to Oregon and eager to get to know and explore the PNW!

Nick was born and raised in Oregon and graduated from Portland Community College. He loves the outdoors, taking his wife, daughter and dog on many hikes throughout the Pacific Northwest, while also playing basketball in Rec leagues and pick-up games at the park. His favorite team is the Portland Trailblazers.

Michelle is originally from Northern California but she came to Oregon to attend OSU for her Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. She then achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. After spending a few winters in Nebraska for school, she decided Oregon was more suited for her life. Michelle and her husband moved back to Oregon in 2019 and have been here ever since! Michelle helps patients in their injury recovery by improving range of motion, strength, and return to function. She works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their goals and return back to life confidently! She is a competitive equestrian and loves to spend her free time riding, spending time outdoors, or reading a good book.

Stephanie knew early on that she wanted to be a physical therapist after seeing the positive effects a physical therapist had on two close friends, helping them not only recover but return to their way of life. Her number one priority is to create this same experience for her patients by assessing their current status and their goals, and helping to create the best path to get there.Growing up in Lake Oswego, she was constantly active and played multiple sports including tennis, volleyball, and ski racing. Stephanie attended Oregon State University where she majored in General Science and later obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic of Health Sciences located in Rochester, MN. Although she enjoyed her time in the Midwest, she was anxious to return to the Northwest due to her love of the outdoors and her family. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys skiing, playing tennis, running, and hiking, but she really loves spending time with her husband Connor and their dog, Charli, and cat, Rory.
