Stephanie knew early on that she wanted to be a physical therapist after seeing the positive effects a physical therapist had on two close friends, helping them not only recover but return to their way of life. Her number one priority is to create this same experience for her patients by assessing their current status and their goals, and helping to create the best path to get there.
Growing up in Lake Oswego, she was constantly active and played multiple sports including tennis, volleyball, and ski racing. Stephanie attended Oregon State University where she majored in General Science and later obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic of Health Sciences located in Rochester, MN. Although she enjoyed her time in the Midwest, she was anxious to return to the Northwest due to her love of the outdoors and her family.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys skiing, playing tennis, running, and hiking, but she really loves spending time with her husband Connor and their dog, Charli, and cat, Rory.
Anna is originally from Boise Idaho. She grew up in Nevada and made Oregon home in 2011. Anna has been a medical billing specialist and coder for the last six years and is currently in school to become certified in both. She has worked in holistic medicine settings as well as mental health, physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics. In her free time Anna enjoys watercolor painting, mushroom hunting and exploring the great PNW.
Andrew Polenske, PT, DPT
Andrew grew up in Boise, Idaho, and moved to the Portland area in early 2020 after finishing his schooling. Through his childhood and until he moved here, he frequently visited the area to see family and explored the town he would eventually call home. Andrew attended Idaho State University in eastern Idaho, receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy (2020), Master of Science in Athletic Training (2019), and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (2016). He was a driving force to create the new dual Physical Therapy and Athletic Training program at ISU and is proud to represent both fields as he continues his career. In his undergraduate career, Andrew spent a reasonable amount of time working in the human performance lab at ISU, gaining experience with exercise testing and research that has continued to help his skills in physical therapy.
As a physical therapist, Andrew has a passion for working with athletes and in orthopedics, but he also enjoys making sure all patients have a better quality of life at the end of the day. He implements a combination of hands-on treatment with carefully selected exercises and other treatment methods to provide the best outcomes for his patients. Most of all, Andrew enjoys working with people and creating a positive impact on their lives.
Outside of the clinic, Andrew prefers to spend most of his time out around the Portland area and traveling. He is an avid skier, a casual triathlete, and a general gym junkie to stay in good shape and keep up with his patients. On a lovely weekend, Andrew enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and paddleboarding.
